This is a suit based upon a judgment recovered by plaintiff for the sum of $5,000 and costs in the District Court of Laramie county, Wyo., against one Walter Westbrook, growing out of an automobile accident in which plaintiff's intestate was killed by the car driven by the defendant Westbrook, he at the time carrying an automobile accident insurance policy in the defendant company.
