This cause comes on to be heard on the motion of the plaintiff for a preliminary injunction restraining the enforcement as against it of certain provisions of the Code of Unfair Competition for the Retail Trade and on the motion of certain of the defendants to dismiss the bill of complaint for the reasons (as stated in their brief somewhat more narrowly than in their formal motion) that the complaint does not state facts showing that the plaintiff...
