From a judgment rendered upon verdict of jury in favor of appellee as beneficiary of a policy of accident insurance issued by appellant, defendant below, the latter appeals. The policy was issued on March 3, 1930, to Helen M. Rohrer, the insured, who was a sister of appellee.
