I find the defendant Albert Sroge guilty; and the United States attorney may, on due notice, bring him before me for sentence at any time.

I do not think that the United States made out its case beyond a reasonable doubt against the defendants Wishnatzki and Nathel. Unfortunately, we have not in this jurisdiction any recognized verdict of "not proven" as they have in Scotland. Therefore, I can only find the defendants Wishnatzki and...
