Vinton, as trustees for bondholders in a bond mortgage given by Willetts Wood Products Company on its timber lands, sawmills, buildings, and machinery in Louisiana, filed a bill to foreclose for a principal sum of $874,000 in the District Court for the Western district of Louisiana.
