MACK, Circuit Judge.
The City Bank Farmers' Trust Company, hereinafter referred to as trustee, filed its claims for $98,000,000, principal and interest, of which nearly $96,500,000 was principal, alleged to be due to it as trustee under two substantially identical trust agreements executed respectively in 1927 and 1931. Such parts thereof as are material to the consideration of the questions before me are noted in the margin.
