This is a proceeding upon a complaint for removal of defendant to the District of New Jersey based upon a second indictment returned by the grand jury of that district on the 17th day of November, 1930, charging the defendant Keough with others in count I with the crime of conspiracy to use the United States mails to defraud, and in counts II to XVII, inclusive, with so using the mails.
