Charles A. Parker and Frank B. Lewis recovered judgment against H. E. Fryberger in a law action in the State district court for Hennepin County, Minnesota. Thereupon Fryberger filed his bill in the court below wherein he sought the writ of injunction to restrain Parker and Lewis from collecting the judgment.
