This is a suit to restrain the infringement of trade-marks registered in the Patent Office of the United States, which were seized and transferred to plaintiff's assignor by the Alien Property Custodian, acting under the Trading with the Enemy Act (Comp. St. 1918, Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1919, §§ 3115½a-3115½j).
