This writ of error is directed to a judgment entered on a verdict against Nickelsburg and Rosenberg, officers of Nickelsburg Brothers Company. All assignments of error, except those which go to the court's refusal to direct a verdict for the defendants, concern rulings of the court on the evidence. No complaint is made of the charge.
