PHOENIX RAILWAY COMPANY v. LANDIS, ADMINISTRATOR OF SANDERS.

Judgment in favor of the administrator was affirmed by the Supreme Court of the Territory. 13 Arizona, 80, 108 Pac. Rep. 247; 13 Arizona, 279, 112 Pac. Rep. 844.
