That in July, 1864, in Boise County, Territory of Idaho, (now Ada County, State of Idaho,) a tract of land was duly set aside as a military reservation for the establishment of a military post, and that the reservation was subsequently occupied as such post and so continued to be used by the Government of the United States, for the purpose...
