MR. JUSTICE WOODS delivered the opinion of the court. He recited the facts as above stated, and continued:

The appellants make no objection to that part of the decree which finds the balance due to Walker. It must, therefore, be accepted as a fact in the case, that the sum so due, over and above all moneys received by Walker from the property conveyed to him by Flagg, was, on October 4, 1880, $25,207.13.
