The original suit was an action for mesne profits, brought by the plaintiffs in error against Reinecker; and is the same cause which came before this Court, and is reported in 11 Wheaton's Reports, 280. The cause now comes again before this Court, upon certain bills of exceptions, taken by the plaintiffs in error, at the new trial...
