[+] Flory Pancipanci on BROWAND v. ERICSSON INC.
I myself was hired as an actual Ericsson employee in 2012, prior to that I was subcontracting to Ericsson in 2007. Due to the Project we had saved Ericsson a huge budget plan for TPR'd for 5 personnels. Myself nad my PM supproted that project with just the 2 of us and had made that Wireless Carrier to meet their goals 2 years in a row.. Due to that, my PM was promoted 2 levels up and I was offered a permanent IM2 position. I've have had a prestige respect from other coworkers (Employees & Contractors).. In 2013, I was instructed by my IM2 Lead to start creating training for future IM's joining Ercisson upcoming Projects. 2 days later, I was instructed to meet this Gentlemen at another Ercisson building. I headed over to meet that gentlemen and had to go through Security. During my wait outside his office with his door widely opened. He was on speaker phone with my boss and they were discussing. " Okay, this is what we're going to tell her, we don't have anything available and etc,".

[+] Sara on ALBAHRI v. FLORIDA
Is it possible to view details of this case? Yaser Albahri is claiming that he is innocent on his youtube channel and people are treating him like a hero in Kuwait. I find his side of the story hard to believe and I think it's important to know whether he's lying.

[+] James Evans on CAMPBELL v. eBAY, INC.
eBay's "Buyer Is Always Right" policy is mentioned in this suit. eBay allows and participates in return fraud which equals online shoplifting. There is a damaged party in most cases against eBay. The real problem is with the attorneys for the Plaintiff not being aggressive enough and making a strong enough argument stating the damage. eBay implies they provide Seller protection (which has a value) and the Seller proceeds to sell with that in mind. In payment of fees to eBay, the Seller is paying eBay for "Seller Protection" which they never receive. They suffer a loss when eBay sides with the Buyer. That constitutes just one form of damage. How it affects the Seller's business and their health as a result of eBay's actions is additional damage. There are literally tens of thousands of reports of eBay damaging Sellers. Although by agreement, a Seller may not become part of a class action lawsuit, they should consider filing a suit in the state court and as agreed, use arbitration.

[+] Gary on STATE v. TORREGROSSA
As someone who grew up with Gus’ son, I can say first hand that Gus was a mobster. His Jamies Jeans and later, Gus’ Fashion and Shoes was s money laundering business. Nothing was ever sold at face value, it was always sold by bartering with the customers. Rarely did cash change hands, except when the city cops dropped by the store and were given a handful of bills from the register. Everyone was in in it.
[+] Jeanette Sims on WALDROP v. STATE
I am doing research on this case and just came across this post. I am the niece of Larry Stahl, who was convicted of this murder. I have in my hands a recently signed affidavit from David Waldrop that he in fact was the shooter and 100% committed this crime. I intend to use that affidavit in an attempt to have my uncle's sentence vacated. Aug 7, 2019
