Raylon, LLC ("Raylon") brought three suits against, inter alia, Complus Data Innovations, Inc. ("Complus"), Casio America, Inc. and Casio Computer Co., Ltd., (collectively "Casio"), and Symbol Technologies, Inc. ("Symbol") (collectively, "defendants") in the Eastern District of Texas.
