¶ 1 Plaintiffs Musselshell Ranch Company and Cooley Ranch appeal the order of the Fourteenth Judicial District Court, Musselshell County, allowing a culvert and rock bridge placed in their irrigation ditch (the "Cooley-Goffena" ditch) by Defendants ("Joukova") to remain in the ditch.
