DIXON, JUDGE.

Appellant, Samuel Lee Edwards Greywolf, appeals from an order of the Fayette Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington, finding that Greywolf's action against the Diocese was barred by the statute of limitations. Finding no error, we affirm.
