Deanne Young appeals the district court's dismissal of her claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461, as barred by the contractual limitations provision in the United Parcel Service Inc. ("UPS") Flexible Benefits Plan. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
