Defendant Lee Ferry appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion to compel arbitration of the claims alleged in the complaint filed against him by plaintiffs Vinay Chhabra (Chhabra), Noops International, Inc. (Noops), Cardinal Cartridges, Inc. (Cardinal), and Bars Distribution, LLC (Bars). We reverse the order.
