AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER

CASELLAS, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Docket # 108). Plaintiffs opposed said motion (Docket # 115) and Defendants replied1 (Docket # 136). After carefully reviewing the parties' filings and the applicable law, for the reasons set herein, Defendants' motion for summary judgment will be GRANTED.
