Alexis Herman, the Secretary of Labor, has brought suit against the defendants, cable television providers ("Comcast")1 and cable installation companies ("MAT")2 , alleging that the individuals MAT utilizes to install Comcast cable systems in customer homes ("Installers") are employees and not independent contractors, and hence are entitled to overtime...
