For years Lavont Flanders, Jr., and Emerson Callum (collectively, "Defendants" or "Appellants") perpetrated a scheme in which they fraudulently lured women to South Florida, drugged them with Benzodiazepines, filmed them engaging in sexual acts, and distributed the pornographic footage.
