On July 24, 2008, Brian Weiss ("the Plaintiff") filed a complaint against Zwicker & Associates, P.C. ("Zwicker"), a Massachusetts law firm, alleging that two debt collection letters sent to him by Zwicker violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1692.
