Appellant-Defendant, Alfredo Torres, challenges his sentence on conviction of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). Mr. Torres contends that the district court misapplied certain provisions of the United States Sentencing Guidelines to improperly include three prior sentences in determining his criminal history category.
