The Commission for Lawyer Discipline (the Commission) brought disciplinary proceedings against Russell Daves (Daves), alleging that his conduct in representing K.D. and B.D. (the Parents) and their minor child (the Child), violated the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
