Defendant Oliver Schools, Inc. (OSI) appeals from an order that dissolved the corporation pursuant to Business Corporation Law article 11. On appeal, OSI contends that dissolution was not warranted, particularly by summary judgment without a jury trial, and that its due process rights were violated.
