Plaintiffs Maxine Mohr and her grandson, Robert D. Waters, brought this action under the Dramshop Act (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 43, par. 135) against Alberta Scott and Leroy Scott, the owners and operators of the Oasis Tavern and Restaurant (Oasis). Plaintiffs also brought counts based on negligence against the allegedly intoxicated driver, Dorothy Jilg. The jury returned verdicts against Jilg on the negligence...
