The facts in this case are not in dispute. On February 21, 1967, decedent Mervina G. Fjerstad was the owner and operator of the Bridgeport Giant Wash Laundry. Plaintiff Clara K. Besemer claims she was injured at the above mentioned business on that date; said injuries allegedly arising out of decedent's negligence in clearing a certain patch of ice outside the business.
